Every great fondue starts with the finest quality cheeses. La Fondue d’Aruba takes the best cheeses, which are carefully aged, to our demanding specifications.
Your waiter will prepare each course tableside, and season it to your taste.
Fresh bread, vegetables and apples are served for dipping!
 
Cheddar
Original medium sharp Cheddar and Emmenthaler cheese finished with Arubian beer and different spices

Traditional Swiss
The combination of Gruyère and Emmenthaler cheese makes this fondue delicious! Finished with a touch of garlic, dry white wine, fresh lemon,
Kirschwasser, nutmeg and fresh black pepper

Tre Formaggio
Creamy Provolone and Butterkäse, as well as Blue Cheese finished with garlic,
glass of dry white wine, fresh scallions and a hint of Sherry

La Fiesta
Monterey jack cheese with Mexican herbs! Salsa, jalapeño peppers and spices. This fondue is served with crisp tortilla chips. We’ll make it as spicy as you like!

 La Fondue d’Aruba is not complete without one!
 Strawberries, bananas, grapes, pineapple, pound cake, cheesecake,
marshmallows and brownies are served with the chocolate.
 We serve small (1-2 persons) and regular (3-4 persons) sizes.
Choose between; regular milk, creamy white and tender dark chocolate.
